On June 27 2014 the second edition (2014) took place of the Sovereign Investment Workshop “In Quest for Stability. The Global Governance of Sovereign Wealth Funds“, event organised in collaboration with the Sovereign Investment Lab of Università Bocconi (a research centre financed by ENI and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti)
The event falls within a wider path, for several years Studio Legale Scala has been committed to the deepening and analysis of corporate governance issues, especially in the context of transactions that involve long-term foreign investors, including sovereign wealth funds, with respect to the opportunities offered by the Italian financial market.
